All applicants for exchange must complete the Initial Application Form and return it to a Rotary Club/s in our District before 15 March.
 

Short term exchanges take place after school finishes for the Summer vacation at the end of year 10, 11 or 12. They are usually of between 6 and 9 weeks duration.
 

When completing the Initial Application Form, short-term applicants should change the words "12 months" at the bottom of the Initial Application Form to "short term".
 

Long Term Exchanges take place from January to January.
 

Following receipt of your Initial Application Form, the Rotary Club will contact you if they wish to consider you for an exchange and you will usually be requested to attend a club interview.
 

If you are successful at the club interview, the District Committee will forward to you the Full Application Form.
